Gangnamgu Sinsadong(강남구 신사동) The Gorgeous Kitchen and Pub(고져스 키친 앤 펍)

  I don't have eat Italian foods in restaurant, particularly, with alcohol. because my body isn't get used to eating wheat and drinking alcohol together. when I have it together, I will fall asleep soon or go to toilet. it's pretty bad find out fine restaurant to me. But this time, I had invited good wine paring party, so I attended there.

 This Location is very popular place, and I will introduce this place later. So many people come to buy cosmetic, handmade stuff, and what else. you can enjoy much. 

You can find this restaurant is on 4 floor and 5 floor

This restaurant looks cool. you can go up stair and dine inside room, or just eat in there. We went to right room in downstairs.

Or you can have it on balcony. most people sitting there and enjoy their food. I hope we could eat there, but it could be cold later, so we choice inside.

I loved this wine, and it express dark chocolate with aging. I don't express taste note much. because wine has too many taste to explain it. But only I can say it's good.

Like a plum. had for last, and it was good order.

Typical BDM

I loved this wine because it has milky, berry and smooth. some people say that is violet and berry. I never smell violet so I don't know how's smell.

He always carry the beaker to distribute with fixed quantity.

 That is good idea fair enough, but it can more breathing wine.

BDM is always good answer to introduce to Italiano wine for people.

They used pretty Mayonaise sauce much, so It's not good option to start with. I recommend with new world white wine.

Roasted Scallop.

Gorgeous Seafood Pasta. Looks like Tom yam from Thai. I just had 3~4 strings. and taste isn't bad.

I like risotto pretty much, and I thought whine one is cream, but it's egg. If it was cream not egg, I didn't eat at all.

Bolognese Pizza.

Chip and bolognese sauce.

Steak with roasted vegetable.

I loved cheese and I loved this plate too. the cheeses are smoke, camembert, fruit(maybe mango), emmental?

We had these on this table. for 4 people is standard, but 6 people sitting there. It was good place to communicate and discuss about wine and foods.

Normally, In Korean restaurant, they offer semi-sweet wine if they selling house wine. but this shop is stock in southern France wine.

So it's not sweet and provide pretty fine quality.

I guess this restaurant chef needs "reinforce" their food more. it would be insufficiently competitive with other restaurant. they have advantage place(Although it is expensive place), and theme. Make good use of their advantage, and someone has to consult their shop I guess.
