You may heard "경양식(輕洋食)" if you looking for Korean food. In Korea,  Kyoung(경[輕]) means light, small such as kyoung cha(small car), kyoung sang(slight wound), and 양식 means western dishes. so 경양식 means small western dishes literally. But This food style comes from Japan. Origin word is  Yosyoku (洋食), and they got various cuisine from other country by the Meiji Restoration. and they localized those foods for Japanese(和洋食). And then they built many 'western food restaurant' in Korea during Japanese colonial era, when means until independent Korea. after independent, this foods for special day like birthday. Recently these restaurants are disappearing and their positions are changed to family restaurant (VIPs, Outback, etc.)


Location: Samjeon-ro 100, Songpa-gu, Seoul(서울특별시 송파구 삼전로 100)


Inside Restaurant. not much guests because it was about 5 pm. and they using open kitchen so I can be convinced their cuisine. 



Normally in this style restaurant, only you can see pork cutlet(돈까스), and hamburger steak(함박 스테이크). the other menu is fish cutlet and assorted cutlet. and you have to choice rice or bread(This is from Japan culture.). they are selling a beer(maybe bottle) and a can of soft drink too. this menu learned by Japan style, they almost same with that meal.





And I ordered Assorted cutlet with bread, rice together (I asked), and I got cream soup. If you come to Light western food restaurant, then they will serve soup. but Japanese style restaurant gives Miso (soybean) soup instead.




So this is what I've got. this meal is assorted cutlet include pork, fish and hamburg. maybe This can be satisfactory for everyone.



As you see, all of cutlet isn't cut yet, so you have to cut on you own style. and sauce also put on it. normally western foods are using knife, to cut steak. this method applied this 'light' foods I guess






If you choose bread, then they will give warm bun coated butter on the top. so you can deep that apple jam or you can made hamburger by using your foods :) This country still love this pork cutlet so you can get very easily. But recently Most of restaurants follow Japanese style (Thick and crunchy) so you may not easy find restaurant where has old-fashioned style.
